Course: Terror and Trauma Response

I had an amazing day training with Eoin a few weeks back on the Terror and Trauma Response course. We covered a range of topics which, as a student nurse, I have never had the opportunity to explore at university such as responding to terror/acid attacks, dealing with gunshot wounds and managing traumatic road traffic accidents. The day was full of hands on, practical activities and the lessons learnt were truly invaluable. I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone with an interest in trauma. Also a big thank you to Nikki at R.R.A.M for putting the day together and being so kind & welcoming

Course: Conservation Medicine tailored for Sea Shepherd

I attended a course as part of Sea Shepherd's Ghostnet Team who are trying to rid Britains seas of nets and debris. If you are looking for a first aid course and you are an outdoors type this is the one. The course was delivered by Dr Kirsty Morgan who encompassed everyone from retired paramedic to someone who had never attended a first aid course before. I have done many medical courses and this was one of the best. The pace and content were set at level that no one had a chance to drift off or get bored, all the assessments were practical and Kirsty always had her eye on us for help and advice. A serious subject but delivered in a light hearted way. A very enjoyable course that I would recommend even to other health care professionals

Steve Plank

Course: Adventure & Expedition Medicine

Excellent first aid course, really well structured, intense two day course, presented by an A&E doctor. So much better than any of the first aid courses I've taken previously. Highly recommended for anyone participating in events that would put you hours (or days!) away from medical assistance. I've learnt a lot in those 2 days

Matthew Smith

Course: Urban Medicine

I took part in the Urban Medicine course with these guys recently. The course was very well run, packed full of the information I'd always wanted training in, such as dealing with falls from height and stab wounds to acid attacks. It was very professional, the instructor was highly skilled and answered all our questions with knowledge and experience. I couldn't recommend going to these guys enough. I feel much better able to deal with the unexpected in or out in the city

Steve Guy

Course: Adventure & Expedition Medicine

I had a great medical course over the weekend in Salisbury. The lead, Dr. Hannah Kittson, was amazing and she was very ably supported by two other doctors, Rupert and Naomi. I renewed some old skills and learnt and absorbed some new skills. The course was much better than I expected. Having qualified Doctors working with us gave us answers to many questions and access to a real depth of knowledge. I will be going back to these guys for additional training

Thoroughly enjoyed my expeditionary medicine course with Rapid Response Adventure Medicine last weekend in Salisbury. Top standard teaching and facilities and good value. Will be attending future courses with them as and when or maybe just before my certificates run out
